She claimed that the Church of Scientology pressured them not to contact the police or go public with their accusations. Despite the pressure from the Church, she went public about the case. Once, she went public with the accusations, other women came forward against Masterson. Bixler, along with other accusers were the member of the Church of Scientology.

And once her lawsuit is thrown out, I intend to sue her and the others who jumped on the bandwagon for the damage they caused me and my family.”
