Both of the albums achieved platinum status at the box office, garnering enormous praise and admiration from their fans. The following year, he released ‘Love Gun,’ which received platinum certification once more.
In 1978, he released his self-titled solo album ‘Paul Stanley’. The album received widespread critical acclaim and was certified platinum in the United States and gold in Canada.
Between 1980 and 1990, the group released nine studio albums under the titles ‘Dynasty’, ‘Unmasked’, ‘Music from The Elder’, ‘Creatures of the Night’, ‘Lick It Up’, ‘Animalize’, ‘asylum’, ‘Crazy Nights’, and ‘Hot in the Shade’.

Following the success of his second venture, he embarked on a theatre tour in support of his album, supported by a supporting band composed of members of the CBS television show Rock Star’s house band. The band made two appearances on the show, in Rock Star INXS and Rock Star Supernova.
