Briscoe Cain, the Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives and a lawmaker tweeted a death threat post to Beto O’Rourke, a former El Paso congressman and a presidential candidate recently on September 13, 2019.

Cain is an anti-abortion lawmaker who has always said that he “Supports the Value of Life” and was even honored as a “Pro-Life Hero” in 2017 by the state’s largest anti-abortion group.

Cain, a “Pro-Life Hero” tweeted “my AR is ready for you” after O’Rourke said that he wouldn’t only ban all assault weapons but also institute mandatory buybacks on the democratic debate stage.

O’Rourke claimed it to be a death threat and the post has been removed by the Twitter for violating its rules.
