Los Angeles Dodgers slugger, Cody Bellinger, and his girlfriend, Chase Carter have become proud parents. Chase delivered a sweet and pretty baby girl on the first of this month. Cody is all read to display his parental skills. His team put up the wonderful news on his Twitter handle for his fans. And the tweet already has more than 16.4k likes and 254 comments. The pregnancy of Chase

Earlier this year, model Chase had surprised Cody with her pregnancy announcement. The couple made this news public in July 2021. They had also stated that the unborn child is a female. In September 2021, Cody revealed that he had kept the pregnancy news of Chase a secret. He explained the reason to New York Post:

“I found out four months ago, so I kept it a secret for a little bit to make sure [they were] healthy.”

Cody also told the Post about the advice his friends and family members gave him:

“Everyone’s told me, ‘Your first kid, you really don’t know what to do, so don’t be confused if you don’t know what to do. I’m just excited to watch her grow and become her own person. It’s crazy.”

Cody is now 26 years old. It will be 6 years now that he is in the big leagues with LA Dodgers. The professional baseball player with a height of 1.93 m is the first baseman and outfielder for the LA Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB). He was selected in 2013 and drafted in MLB’s fourth round. It was in 2017 that he began active play for the team.

Cody’s father is the famous MLB player, Clay Bellinger. Clay had played for the New York Yankees and also for Anaheim Angels; both of MLB. Cody has been playing baseball since his childhood days. He played at the high school level for Hamilton High School, Chandler, Arizona. At both the junior and the senior levels, Cody won the team MVP award. He was to play college football for the Oregon Ducks but even before he could do that, he was fortunate to get entry into the MLB.
