Tee Grizzley announces his engagement to his girlfriend and baby mama, My’Eisha Agnew

Detroit rapper, Tee Grizzley has proposed to his girlfriend, My’Eisha Agnew. He announced the happy news on his Instagram for his fans with some great snaps of the romantic moment of his life.

American rapper, Tee Grizzley is engaged. He made the news public on his Instagram with a post containing some romantic photos of the moment. It was an elaborate occasion with friends and family members in attendance. The area was decorated with lights and rose petals. Tee went down on one knee with an engagement ring. He then took his fiancee over to a pair of chairs on which was written Mr and Mrs. Their son, son Terry Sanchez Wallace III was also present in one of the photos of the occasion. Tee captioned this series of engagement photos:

“If I tell I love you I mean it ??❤️?,”

Their son is just a year old and he was born in February last year.

Tee and his life and career

The rapper was born on 23 March 1994 in Detroit in Michigan in the USA. His real name is Terry Sanchez Wallace Jr. His parents were in and out of prison and his grandmother brought him up. He had interest in music from his middle school days and formed a musical group called All Stars Ball Hard with his friends, JR, Po, and Lee. They crested a YouTube channel and began upload their rap songs on it.

In 2011, his mother got 20 years prison term on charges of drug trafficking. And someone murdered his father in 2012. He joined Michigan State University to study finance and accounting but ended up robbing his classmates to meet his financial problem. He burgled a jewelry shop in Kentucky and the police arrested him.

Tee was in prison and was released in October 2016. In November the same year, he released his debut single called “First Day Out”. He gained a lot of views for this on YouTube. In 2017, he signed with 300 Entertainment and Atlantic Records. He also released his second single in February 2017. He did more music releases and got fame. His studio albums were also a hit.

Tee talks about his late aunt and her murder

In 2019, someone shot dead his aunt Jobina “JB” Brown who was also his manager. This tragedy took place in Detroit on 20 August 2019. After a studio session, Tee went to a cousin’s house. His aunt and the driver remained in the car outside. Tee recalled that fateful day:

“I’m begging her to come in the house… So I’m telling her to come in the house, but she like ‘No.’ JB was kind of funny acting about dirty houses and stuff like that. The house wasn’t even dirty, but to her, she’s just a real, real clean person.”

As he was entering the house he heard gunshots outside. Tee narrated:

“So I get down ’cause I’m thinking they about to come to the side and start shooting at me, and I didn’t have [weapons] on me at the time… So my cousin ran out with a gun or whatever and we ran out to the front to see what’s goin’ on … Once we got in the front, [I see] my driver’s gone.”

The driver had sped away but later revealed that a man came and opened the passenger door looking out for Tee. He shot his aunt 8 times on her side. She was taken to hospital and called Tee but he could not hear what she was saying. The words were very feeble. JB died in hospital soon after.
